Six Foods to Avoid

According to Bob Greene, the author of "The Best Life Diet", there are six foods to avoid from during our weight loss period. The six foods are:
  • Soda
  • Foods with trans fat
  • Fried foods
  • White breads
  • Regular Pasta
  • Total fat Dairy Products
